• Name. All names correspond directly to the Linnean basionyms. No modern synonyms are given.
• Type. Indicates if a specimen is a lectotype, neotype etc.
• Microfiche number. The herbarium specimens are numbered according to the IDC microfiche numbers (e. g. IDC 139.7 for Allium fistulosum).
• Reference. For type specimens, a reference is given to the type designator and place of publication (e. g. de Wilde-Duyfjes in Taxon 22, p. 67, 1973, for Allium fistulosum).
• Type herbarium number. Each Linnean type specimen also has a number in the typecollection, and this number is shown here.
