Carl Axel Magnus Lindman: born 1856 in Halmstad, student at Växjö secondary school 1874 and registred at Uppsala University the same year, bachelor's degree in Uppsala 1878, master's degree och Ph. D. in botany 1884, lector of natural-history och fysics at the Northern secondary school of latin in Stockholm 1887, curator and professor at the Department of Botany at the Swedish Museum of Natural History from 1905, dead 1928.
